If you wish to return an item, please contact us by e-mail: orders@trail-pod.com or by phone: (320) 762-1197 within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, you can return it within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs).

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging and must be in resale condition. If an item and/or its original packaging are damaged, dirty and not in a resellable condition as determined by Trail-Pod, a refund will not be issued.

All items returned must include all original inserts, tags and instructions etc.

Trail-Pod may refuse to issue a refund should these conditions not be met.

Process for Returns

Package the item(s) being returned. Ensure that the item(s) is adequately packaged for shipping. Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt along with item(s) to be returned.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. Trail-Pod will not accept packages where shipping costs have not been paid or are owed.

Please note that shipping costs to return a product will not be refunded by Trail-Pod.

Once the returned items have been received and meet the above conditions, Trail-Pod will refund your payment (less shipping) within 5 to 10 business days to the original credit card used to purchase the items being returned.
